Frederick and Rachel Myers with Samuel and Margaret Foster platted out the town of Iberia, Marion, Ohio in 1832.
Several deeds involving the children of Frederick and Rachel Myers are recorded in Sep/Oct 1837 in the Ohio Deed Book 11, pages 201 to 206. The first is an Indenture transaction where Joel Myers, Jesse Myers and his wife Mary Ann will see that Rachel Myers is maintained throughout the remainder of her natural life. Rachel is to get a plot of land and any care she needs and her sons are to get $1500. An agreement made with Frederick Myers is mentioned. The second deed is a quit claim to Joel and Jesse Myers from mother Rachel, brothers Benjamin and Isaac, and sisters Susannah, Catharine, Elizabeth and Leah. The third is a quit claim deed from Moses Myers and wife Elizabeth to Joel and Jesse Myers. The fourth is from Joel and Jesse Myers to Elizabeth Myers for a lot in the town of Iberia, Marion, Ohio. On the 1850 and 1860 Ohio census, Elizabeth is listed as part of Joel's household.
Burial was in the Presbyterian Cemetery and later the headstone (not the body) was moved to the Iberian Cemetery and placed in the Old Pioneer section. Cemetery record lists him as "John F."

Several deeds involving the children of Frederick and Rachel Myers are recorded in Sep/Oct 1837 in the Deed Book 11, pages 201 to 206. The first is an Indenture transaction where Joel Myers, Jesse Myers and his wife Mary Ann will see that Rachel Myers is maintained throughout the remainder of her natural life. Rachel is to get a plot of land and any care she needs and her sons are to get $1500. An agreement made with Frederick Myers is mentioned. The second deed is a quit claim to Joel and Jesse Myers from mother Rachel, brothers Benjamin and Isaac, and sisters Susannah, Catharine, Elizabeth and Leah.
